* **Full DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY** with a photographer taking at least 100 photos of the Chookmobile-Limo Act & Cruise. This person is not involved in other activities, leaving her free to capture each moment. The photos are then transferred to a CD & posted to you for a record of the evening. **The additional cost for this service is $220.**

* **VIDEO & DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY HIGHLIGHTS** with the waitress filming the Chookmobile-Limo Act & Cruise, in between her other duties. A limited number of still digital photos are also included. The unedited video footage & photos are then transferred to DVD & CD, then posted to you for a record of the evening. **The additional cost for this service is $175.**

* **Full VIDEO & DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY** with a photographer filming the Chookmobile-Limo Act & Cruise. This person is not involved in other activities, leaving her free to capture each moment. The unedited video footage & photos are then transferred to DVD & CD, then posted to you for a record of the evening. **The additional cost for this service is $285.**

* **DECORATION of the boat** with a waitress setting up fairy lights, balloons & artificial flowers. She also removes them at the conclusion of the cruise.**The additional cost for this service is $100.**

* **DECORATION of the boat** when the waitress is not on the cruise. This also involves setting up fairy lights, balloons & artificial flowers. They are then removed again at the conclusion of the cruise.**The additional cost for this service is $155.**

* **CHEEZE PLATTER, DIPS & BISCUITS.** If you would like this option to be included please ask & we will quote you a price.

* **The COUPLE can be PADDLED OUT TO THE BOAT, IN A DINGY!** (Please take a change of dry clothes for her just in case of a mishap!) This option is available only during daylight hours, during summer months. If you choose this option the comedian will pretend as if the boat has left without them, bundle them into a dingy & paddle frantically to catch the boat, which by this time is out in the bay! All the other guests are on board, so you can give them a rousing reception when they arrive! There is an additional cost of approximately $100 for this service.

*** BOAT normally DEPARTS FROM GREENWICH WHARF.** There are no parking hassles or metres at Greenwich. For an additional charge we can pick you up & drop you off at select other wharves.

* If you have a larger group of guests, we can accommodate you on the historic tall ship, Svanen. The cost is considerably dearer, but it will hold up to 80 guests. It is spacious, with a large deck area & an area under the deck. The Svanen has set menus & is not BYO. Please inquire with us if you are interested to know prices.

Because component costs are subcontracted out, prices may change without notice. Prices are also subject to the availability of specific performers, artistes & the boat. Bookings already confirmed will obviously be honoured at these prices.

No booking is confirmed until we receive a non-refundable deposit of $600. Until we receive the deposit, we are not obligated to accept your booking & at our discretion may accept another booking should another deposit arrive earlier.

Deposits can be paid by cash, cheque, deposited directly into our bank account personally, by telegraphic transfer or 3rd party transfer via internet banking. We do not accept credit cards.

The cost includes Script Writing, Comedian & Dancer [if relevant for this act]. Other charges may apply [see below.]

When you confirm your booking with us, we will send you a CONFIRMATION & QUESTIONNAIRE FORM. You complete & fax this back to us. It becomes the brief to write the script.

The cruise must be booked as a complete charter, with a lump sum payment. The cost per head is shown, is to help you with your calculations if all guests are contributing towards the cost.

The final payment is due just PRIOR to the performance, either by cash or bank cheque. Personal cheques are accepted, but must be paid at least a week in advance of the booking to allow for clearance.

Where Packages with Cruise Boats, Comical Catering, or other performers are involved, the final payment is due at least 14 days PRIOR to the performance.

*** The BOAT NORMALLY DEPARTS FROM GREENWICH WHARF but can pick you up or drop you off at most other public wharves around the Harbour** We are not able to berth at all whalves. However if Greenwich is inconvenient, we can generally offer you alternatives at a slightly increased cost:

* Departure from & Return to other whalves the Greenwich side of the Harbour Bridge, e.g. Balmain, Milsons Point... ~ extra $25.

* Departure from & Return to other whalves the seaward side of the Harbour Bridge, e.g. Kirribilly, The Rocks... ~ extra $50.

* Departure from & Return to other whalves the seaward side of the Harbour Bridge, further afield, e.g. Rose Bay, Double Bay, Mosman... ~ extra $100.

**Travelling time, if more than half an hour, is additional and added to the fee. When you let us know the location & time, we will confirm if there is any additional travelling time. **

* The price allows for a half hour Starting Time Range. [This is to allow for potential delays in traffic or holdups if performing more than one gig.] If you want the show to start at a precise time, ie. a **GUARANTEED STARTING TIME, this is an additional charge of $150.** In this instance, if we are more than five minutes late starting, there is no additional charge of $150.

*** If a female dancer is included, as part of a duet act [e.g. Cake Act, Surprise Retirement Parcel, or the Santa Comedy & Dance Act], occasionally, especially if short notice, we may not be able to book a dancer from our normal pool of talent. If this happens & we have to subcontract through an outside dance agency, the price may increase to reflect the extra dancer fee component of the act.**

*** OUT OF TOWN GIGS** - extra $50 - $750, depending on inconvenience & extent it restricts number of gigs performed on day / night.

*** TWO /three / ...?... PERSON SCRIPT** - (When script is written for 2 or more people.) - $50 per extra person. [Each person receives a copy of the script & is included in the script. For more people, the script & performance time may be longer.]
